About

far too many things to recall in the space of a webpage

a life of seeking imbalance in order to balance

falling over so that I might stand again

in anOther space

continually banging my head on blunt objects…

Paul’s writing is part memoir and part political ramble. Moving between the scattered thoughts of an ADHD obsessive, to the detailed forensic commentary of an exiled academic. He draws on the wry humour of a council estate lad of the 70’s who feels the squeeze of an imposter syndrome in his successful journeys into theatre, film and fashion. His life has been busy and frenetic, he left school at fifteen, has acted for Shane Meadows, taught Capoeira, written academic chapters, been followed by Interpol, danced at Wigan Casino, choreographed for Gucci, and travels worldwide as a movement director. He has spent his life ‘Lost in Space’ like a renaissance Will Robinson.
